Do you ship to Canada?

Yes! All orders ship via DDP (delivered duty paid), which offers the convenience of paying for shipping costs and import duties at checkout.

 

Do you ship internationally? 

No. Our shipping zones are restricted to addresses within the US and Canada only. Unfortunately, this also includes APO/FPO (military) addresses outside the US.

Where are your products shipped from? 

All orders are shipped from our network of warehouses located across the USA.

 

How long will it take for my order to ship?

 

Orders ship the same day if placed before 12:00 PM local time to you, otherwise orders ship the following business day. Orders placed on Friday after the shipping deadline OR on Saturday or Sunday will ship the following Monday. 

 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

US Orders: 2-4 days, depending on location

Canadian Orders: 1-3 weeks, depending on location

When you file a claim, it will be reviewed for approval for a replacement order or refund within 24 hours.
